The Trust feels that it is  not just enough that the atmosphere of the school is made congenial for studies. Hence the students as well as the teachers are constantly encouraged in their respective areas; their performance is closely monitored; their grievances and problems are given a patient hearing and an effective remedial or corrective mechanism put in place for the grievance redressal; the meritorious and the talented among the students are being identified properly, recognized and appreciated; they are awarded special prizes and scholarships. They are also encouraged to participate in various competitive exams/ events. Heads of the institutions who strain every nerve to bring accolades to their schools, improved results, healthy academic atmosphere, better infrastructure and facilities and increased liaison between parents and school authorities are rewarded appropriately.
